Separators

Made of TVL 4mm with reinforced construction, continuously welded watertight. The volume of the separator depends on the surface to which it is intended. The entire structure is protected by a coating rezistol PT AS (bituminous high solids epoxy coating).
TECHNOLOGY PURIFICATION PROCESS
INPUT SETTING CHAMBER
It's used for keeping the gravel sand, solid, paper and other precipitating agents. Opening of the cover 600x600mm allows cleaning chamber as needed.
GRAVITATIONAL CHAMBER
It's separated by a wall of sludge overflow chamber and its main function is the separation of oil and water due to differences in the density of oil and water .
LAMINAR PAD
Function: stabilization of fluid and particle separation of oil. The cartridge has the option of removing through derived opening 600 x 600 mm which enables its cleaning ie servicing.
CHAMBER FOR CONTROL
Serves sampling of water to extract the oil extraction splits. Stocked the opening 600x600mm. Pipelines Ø3 / 4 " are connected with the chamber for discharging oil.
CHAMBER OF OIL DRAINING
The main function of the chamber is an acceptance of precipitated oil from the control chamber. It's provided with the valve 3/4 ", 20l bucket and executed opening 600x600mm.
