Made from 4mm thick TVL with enhanced frame and continuous watertight welding. The volume of the separator depends on the area for which it is intended. The entire structure is protected by a coating of Rezistol PT AS (Epoxy bituminous high solids coating).
TECHNOLOGY purification process
Sedimentary ENTRANCE OF COMMERCE
Serves to keep the gravel, sand, solids, paper and other precipitating agents. Opening with cover 600x600mm to clean the chamber as needed.
Gravitational CHAMBER
Separate the overflow wall from the sludge chamber and its main function is the separation of oil and water due to differences in density of oil and water.
Laminar PAD
Function: stabilization of fluid and particle separation of oil. The cartridge has the option of removing the existing 600 x 600mm holes which allows for cleaning and servicing.
CHAMBER OF CONTROL
Serves sampling water, separation and extraction of oil splits. Has a 600x600mm opening. Pipelines Ø3 / 4 "is connected to the chamber to drain the oil.
OIL CHAMBER
The main function of the chamber is acceptance of CASTOR oil from the control chamber. It is supplied with tap 4.3 ", 20l bucket and an 600x600mm opening.
